Aren't you worried about the 1 in 3 million chance they could get seriously ill? Like shouldn't they be in a bubble wrapped room until they can all get vaccinated!
Mine started pre-k at American Leadership Academy in March to get into the school routine.
Was a long search for a mask-exempt traditional school, just had to write on paper that our kid is exempt and that was that.
Literally one kid in the class has a mask, and she wears it below the nose. Teachers do the same or are maskless.
And they plant a row of US flags out every day in front of their campus, uniforms required, no CRT, no trans bullshit, just normal traditional education.
That's basically our school, they do they pledge everyday, celebrate holidays, traditional learning, no common core, uniforms. Everything but the masks until this week. Really if I would have done a medical exemption earlier it might have worked. I had to do personal exemptions for all vaccines when they started school.
Lucky bastards. I wear mine so badly you can see my upper lip. But there's no chance the mask thing gets dropped here. Kids have been so traumatised if they see their friend's face they freak out.
Boo. We got to Legacy Traditional and thankfully have been a lot more laid back than the other schools around us. I saw tonight a bunch of schools decided to keep masks for last month of school.
Good. Your kids will breathe 10% more oxygen than the other kids that wear masks. They will be smarter and perform better.

ahahaha we decided to take our chances. These people are nuts, they're so scared you can't even get through to them that we must get on with life.
Oxygen matters!
Wonderful! Will be interested in hearing their reports of numbers of maskers:freefaces when they come home.
I know, me too. I have a feeling a lot won't but I'll report back later.

Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Only way this ends is if enough of us disregard illegal and dangerous mask mandates
My kids are kinder, 2nd and 4th grade. Each said only 3-4 kids out of 26 still had masks on and teachers and staff all mask free.
Kinder than whom? Most kids are kind to each other.
Kindergarten :)
Freedom comes in many forms... enjoy
Honestly I'm so fed up with teaching kids in masks I want to scream.
Even the teachers ditched them first day of optional.

AZ here too, my future kids will be homeschooled tho.
Soooo jealous!! I’m in TX and schools still require kids to wear masks
Fingers crossed it will be soon for you guys.
I'm in AZ too. My daughter is in a Charter school too, but masks are still required. I'm in Flagstaff though. The liberal pathogen is far spread here.

Surprised all 3 of my kids said there was only a few kids in each of their classes with masks on and teachers were mask free.

That's nuts. AZ just went to optional masks for schools.
Wow, you waited until it was legal to object. Cool.
I’m the worst teacher so it had to be masks during school hours this school year.
I breath easier for them.
