You can get to all the win communities that way or through a .win domain name. They didn't change the name there.
The person who already had the domain (which the /r/thedonald mods decided to make a mod of thedonald.win) just redirected thedonald.win domain to a different website right after January 6th.
It's completely worthless since the name change.
