In the first drop Q is responding to someone else on the boards saying HRC will be arrested. Q responds and says her passport is flagged. I guess if someone doesn't know how the boards work that they might think Q said Hillary will be arrested on a certain date, but Q didn't say that, Q was responding to some random on the board who said that.
