If one black teen had been stabbed to death by another black teen, it would have been a footnote not a major story.

Apparently the culture allows them to take each other out to settle scores. Happens all the time. . .

That situation literally happened this week Less than a hundred miles down I71. Thirteen year old girl stabbed another thirteen year old girl to death in a Cincinnati neighbored. Made the local news, but No where near the coverage this has already gotten same day it happened.
