As you can see in the tweet text it was a clip from a 1 hour vaccination special NBC did (LMAO I know right?) called Roll Up Your Sleeves. They played the Biden clip in the middle of it so he’s saying enjoy the rest of the special.

Sounds to me like if you want to believe that Biden is just an actor, you are free to interpret it that way. POTUS is leaving it open for interpretation.

I skimmed through the Roll Up Your Sleeves special that premiered on the 18th, and this clip was in there toward the middle. It makes more sense why he said this line at the end when you consider it was part of a show. I guess Biden is posting old clips on Twitter.
