In 2 short years, Ron DeSantis has proven this over and over.

Florida has been open, free, and back to normal for so long - I sometimes forget that other states are still living in Democrat Communist Governor lockdown hell.

Kristie Noam seems solid but with not as much oomph in more sparsely populated SD compared to FL.
