We noticed that as well, but much of their reporting is accurate.

Sometimes The Truth includes irony.

On a related note - why would Brookings Institution shine the light on Racine in comparison with DC and San Francisco? Would they tear down a community only to pretend building it up as part of the Build Back Better Agenda?
