Simple version, DC is currently run by belligerent occupying force that is effectively running the county and is now trying to vote itself into statehood. Essentially the enemy has taken land it has no right to and now trying to claim that land for itself which then allows the military to legal "remove" that enemy. Brilliant strategy BTW

Washington DC is not a state. It’s a special district sovereign from the United States. With the dems attempting to make it a state, it will trigger 11.4.2 of the law of war and is a prohibited act which would give the US military the impetus to move it and put a stop to this whole shit show!
