Biden’s plan is to eliminate a huge segment of skilled union jobs. He says they can learn new green jobs making solar panels and move where ever those jobs are.

We are importing tens or thousands or millions of illegal aliens. They are being let in to fill the new green jobs before any union worker can even think of transitioning to a green job.

The result is the illegal aliens will take all the new green union jobs and the current union workers will not have any jobs. This will be the largest wealth transfer in history.
