I posted this link earlier today.

One response to it suggested that it's real purpose might be a soak-test of a 24/7 video streaming service, which it did well.

The long awaited streaming of disclosures and trials may have just had a successful test run.

The article is a technical article which points out that the stated objectives of the site can not be met using Drupal. Drupal is not capable of handling content from the huge number of participants that are expected.
