after reading the Survival Guide to the Future/George Magazine, I'm going to have to say Bill Gates. I'll also take silver as payment;)
AND look at the link, the cover of the magazine, under the final G and E in George. the disc in the sky looks just like a Q?

This is a good resource, IMO, but I dont see the Q in the flying disk. At all. BUT I think BG is a good possibility, Ive read that BG interview in George many times, even JFK kind of questioned bills future plans, calling them 'orowellian' for the potential privacy issues. Straight out calling it world domination whihc is exactly what hes going for. Also on that mag is will Hillary be indicted? Altogether the reason I agree its a valid reference to bring up is JFK states in it, back in 97, to put mag away and take it out in about 20 years. Also notable is the awful bill maher is mentioned in it and lately hes been saying some pretty truthful things, mocking the left a little. Great reference to bring up, tho I dont see a Q, Im one that believes this mag has clues for us.
I am intuitively feeling Gates as well. This thought has been popping up for me over the last week or so.
Just a hunch. But it is a really specific and random hunch and those seem to be best kind for me this last year or two.
I'd say no, since why would it "shock"? But then I started thinking about their "foundation," which has a lot of people (myself included for a while) fooled into thinking it's for a good cause. So, you may be on to something.
My only other thing is a lot of people don't like Gates, or didn't during the late 90s/early 2ks. I guess the perception has changed a little since the whole "foundation" thing came about.
