Shock wave could refer to the physics definition. Perhaps a nuclear false flag or other scare event?

I'm just arguing for the sake of arguing. I don't really know. I just dislike how so many misquote the phrase. When I was new to Q I was even misled into believing it was a direct quote because it's parroted on this site every day.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying. I was rather surprised myself to find that it was not actually a quote - this is the closest to a first arrest = shock the world quote I could find.
