So what are our health options to keep from getting these side effects from vaccinated people? Do we take more vitamins, can we take those meds that help cure c19, or is there nothing we can do? And say if my husband (who’s not vaccinated) came in contact with vaccinated people and got some “shedding”, could he then spread it to me or others? He doesn’t have any symptoms but I know he works around others who have been vaccinated. And my mother in law is supposed to visit us in a month and now I’m concerned, because she’s gotten both shots because she was pressured to get them by other family members. She is the only family member we plan on being in contact with in the near future who was vaccinated.

Not a medical professional opinion: Vitamin D, surface sanitizing, and HEPA filters for shared indoor living situations. Don’t neglect the fundamentals of immune system health such as rest and avoiding stress.
I don't know if "more" vitamins works for anything. I remember being told long ago that most vitamin supplements just create expensive urine. I would think that taking more vitamins would be like voting harder. Your body can only use so much.
I'll be continuing my zinc, quercetin, D3, and magnesium regimen. I'll add vitamin C maybe this week. But I won't be taking a higher dose of anything.
