The screwed up part is that it SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN the first. I think every election from this point forward needs to be audited in the same fashion. They would mean we go back to the March 4+ Inauguration Date. That would give ample opportunity to audit every ballot in the country, provided we use Pulitzer's Kinematic Audit Program.
