All juice has sugars added. Excessive amounts. The FDA allows a lot of sugar before they have to include it on a label. Look at tic tacs. They say no sugar when in reality that's mostly what they're made of. They get away with saying no sugar because they're just under the amount required to be required to say they do.
If you buy cold cuts they may say no nitrates added when in reality they contain nitrates from celery which isn't artificial.
TL:DR labels mean nothing.
Also you should avoid eating too much fruit. It can cause diabetes. Especially when you juice it.
I agree with everything but the weirdo Rockefeller Medicine propaganda fruits cause diabetes part..
My wife and I and some friends are into long-term fruit fasting, whole and juiced..
Many millions of people are diabetic and pre-diabetic and don't even know it. Wheat can also be a contributing factor to diabetes. Just look at the glycemic index of bread and compare it to soda.
Is that referring to what grocery stores call "bread" that has dozens of ingredients including sugar and hard to pronounce things that no one should ingest? ..if so, yeah, no shit they're similar.
Life always comes down to personal choices and their consequences... Especially when it comes to feeding the body.
No, wheat, not the additives. It converts to a sugar. You're consuming refined pulverized carbohydrates. They hit your system fast.
I can't find the video I'm looking for but it was probably by William Davis https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fg5UWxahbY0
Ford* Brewer [MD MPH] is also a good channel to watch.
