Somebody here a few weeks back posted stories about celebs trying to dump their big real estate spreads. Rosie O'Donnell sold a NY spread at a loss. Jerry Seinfeld, Tom Cruise trying to bail out of Telluride.

Truly wonder if they're getting low on cash and this is the harbinger of a very high end real estate market crash. Cruise's spread was listed for $40 mil.
