Where in the document does it say that?

Edit: Document titled "(U) Case Opening & Summary".

"This site listed REDACTION as a target.... Given REDACTION it is conceivable that an individual or group would want to pay for his death"

It doesn't name Seth Rich specifically, but given it is in this same document dump it is a no brainer that it's talking about Seth Rich.
