He is a democrat. The rules you are quoting have no standing with them.
Do it anyway. That way you have a clear conscience.
Their conscience has long ago been stripped away. We all know there are two sets of rules. Return to the rule of law means the law applies to everyone equally. When that happens watch how some of these nonsense laws get tossed out.
Rules ?? They have no rules. And yet we act like bitches and just take it in the mouth.
So what happens if he doesn’t recuse himself? We all know he is not going to.
He rules to stop the audit cuz muh voter integrity. Reports are now out that he was personally selected by a connection to the maricopa BoS.
It’s LONG past time for us to put an end to this f^^king $h!t.
So if (when) he rules to stop the audit, what then? All this for nothing?
As far as I understand the situations: No.
Currently the only motion before that court is one for a temporary restraining order(TRO). But, there are other issues pertinent to this audit waiting for a ruling before at least one other court, as well. I BELIEVE, one issue waiting for a ruling is before the Supreme Court of Arizona. From what I understand that pending ruling is a motion to have the court rule that the courts DO NOT have ANY jurisdiction over the senates constitutionally assigned authority when it comes to elections. That the court is violating the separation of powers and never had any authority in the process to begin with.
I imagine courts don’t like to make rulings that limit their own authority. I also don’t know the party affiliations nor rulings history of the justices.
But I am not a lawyer. Please frens, if I’m mistaken, correct me.
Thanks for taking the time to explain bud.
Who was the last democRAT with a conflict of interest to recuse themselves? I'll wait...
Just sent my message by phone.

I’ll just put here that the United States Code only affects federal court judges, and is not binding on state courts. Arizona will have some sort of recusal rule, but it may be different from the one quoted.
That totally escaped me. Thanks fren.
Possibly impeached. Most are appointed so how could they be recalled? However, in the general elections, all the superior court judges are subject to a "should judge So-and-so be retained?" question. I don't know if any have ever been removed, because most people know nothing about them. A campaign for 2024 could be mounted now that people are paying attention.
