Is it just Rutgers or also the others like NJIT and NJCU?

So far it's just Rutgers.but the other schools are strongly encouraging it. Kean Univ in Union has a whole huge parking lot filled with tents where they will test for Covid and also give vacs. It's creepy.

Not sure yet on the others I just saw the headline on Rutgers maybe a month ago. I guess made headlines because it said it was frost to mandate it.
