The theme of the French Generals’ letter is PATRIOTS HAVE NO SKIN COLOR. It is not hinting at a coup. It is more accurate to say they are pointing out that France is in the midst of a color revolution where the NWO is intentionally fomenting racial division.
These retired military officers are fighting against the Globalist Coup to dismantle France and other countries, They are trying to rally French patriots of all races and religions to wake up and fight back at the polls. I am willing to be corrected by native French speakers who might have context to read between the lines, but feel confident this is the correct translation.
As for anyone wishing for a coup in the United States, wake up, the coup already happened on November 3, 2020, through massive, systemic election fraud. I share your frustration, but words do matter. You don’t want a coup, you want the legitimate government elected by the people restored. You want the real coup to be revealed and justice to be served. Let’s hope that happens in time for us to help French patriots to take their country back from the NWO.

You have this correct, but the real message between the lines is "We are the military. We'll do it, if you don't.".
