I doubt they could make this happen. Too many populous (and populist) States have already banned vax passports. Trumpists are the majority in this country - at last 81 million of us. It seems to me that those who regularly took the flu shot every year (I never have) are the ones most likely to take the vax. "During the 2018-2019 flu season, 49.2% of people ages six months and older got a flu vaccine, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)." I just don't think they're going to have the number of vaxed people to rile up.
