To be fair, if Trump's second term doesn't start until 2023, he still would be eligible for a third.

But that outcome sucks because another 20 months of POTATUS is lame

I dont think we have to worry about that at all, DC has created a new perimeter around the capital and towed cars out of there. Shipped in a bunch of military.
