Well you don't put two 42u racks in the middle of nowhere just for fun, they could accommodate anything from networking to multimedia (also video / audio processors or whatever) but, bottom pic right corner where there's the guy in green, looks like has a batch of servers on the cart ready to be deployed, i'd say at least 6 in the bottom part of the cart, one or two on the top waiting, from the dimension looks like are 2U (2 units tall), having seen yesterday a hint from Pulitzer in his video (about kinematic artefacts on the sub surface, i would say that's probably compute + storage power for AI/ML image recognition and analysis
Yes, that guy was standing by where they were taking the servers to put inside the cabinets. That’s why I left that part in picture so you could see them, but until everyone commented that they were servers I wasn’t sure that’s what they were. I’m not real tech savvy.
Looks like the machine vs human mark identifier is already there. It’s the last step before the ballot is placed back in the box. Backlit LED pad with camera that’s slid over the bubbles then the guy hits space bar on the laptop to capture image.
Wonder if this is a honey pot. Remember that the clown carnival is coming to the location. Painted faces and costumes at the ready. Security cameras everywhere. Ahem, can you identify this clown for us. Is this the one who came in a destroyed the servers?

I sure hope you're right! I hope Pulitzer will bring in his paper artifact scanners.
