I'm looking to move out of my hellhole of a state since I can't stand it anymore. Figured I'd ask some pedes for advice on where to go. My top locations as of now are Tennessee, Florida, or one of the Carolina's. Honestly I desperately want to move to Texas, but I have this unreasonable apprehension about it. I truly believe all the "blue waves" in Texas are the result of mass cheating by the lefties and that it's actually about as Red as Tennessee or Idaho. Assuming the Plan goes through as we all think it will, then that shouldn't be a problem, but I still have that irrational apprehension about it. Any advice or recommendations for a pede?
EDIT: Employment isn't a concern. I just want to know which my fellow pedes would recommend for a freedom loving patriot and why.
Alabama...not always as hot as Florida and we get all seasons (depends on where you are in Bama, will depend on how cold it gets w/possibly a little snow in winter) in the southern part you get all seasons without snow, more north you go the more colder during winter. If you go to south Bama you can easily travel to Pensacola or Mississippi within an hour or less or Louisiana within about 2 hrs depending which side of Mobile Bay you live. But we do pay state tax. Cost of living is cheaper here than in Florida also. Bama has lots of “greenery “ (is what I call it) lots of forests, trees and green, whereas Florida is usually under water restrictions and is pretty crowded (l lived in Florida half my life, then been to Georgia-near military base, N.Carolina-near military base, Virginia, back to Florida, then to Bama). I’d say Bama is where we will stay, been here almost 15 yrs now.
