I expect that those who were destroyed had been given opportunity to welcome the reclamation process and to become a part of it. You and I are unable to understand the depths of evil being practiced by those destroyed "nations"
Actually this makes a lot of sense. Its almost like an important aspect is missing or is understated, which makes the rest of it seem unfair. Is it possible that OT did explain some of the horrors and evils practiced by those other nations? I know book of Enoch is supposed to talk about some of those things, I havent read it yet.
Also, I just cannot get past the symbolism of Egypt and how the Israelites were enslaved by Egyptians, and God helped them destroy the Egyptians and get free. If you look deep into the [DS], the Eye of Ra, the Baphomet - all of that has roots in ancient Egypt. Its not inconcievable that Egypt was the original [DS] even in biblical times.
