Is there a way to increase image size?

I click on image posts, but they are never resizeable. Makes it worthless when someone shares a big Q post.

Anything I'm doing wrong?

You pull on it - go on give it a tug, stretch it, play with it, enjoy it. But don't get carried away, otherwise it'll make a big mess.
