a couple months ago I saw a guy walking on the Melbourne Highway between St Cloud and Melbourne FL... he had to be about 15 miles out of Saint Cloud. It was driving rain and he didn't have an umbrella or raincoat, but he had on a face diaper.

literally too stupid to come in out of the rain...
