It is NOT for us to question WHY.

I disagree. With my God-given brain and God-given capacity for employing logic and rational thought, I do question why.

I'm just doing what's in my nature that I was granted and which harms no one. If he didn't want us to question why, he wouldn't have made it one of the things our brains do all day.

God "flooded the world in the beginning because of the evil of men." Killing almost everyone, including babies and children, who are innocent and not evil. Also, God created man. If God is all-powerful and merciful, why didn't he create man without the capacity to inflict horrific pain and suffering on the innocent?

I also question Why. It is our nature as humans. But I was told by my childhood pastor that it was not my place to Question these things until God rewarded us with our Heavenly home and then all our Questions would be answered. Hope this doesn't offend you, but that is what I was told.
