In order to be Human, you must possess Human qualities such as empathy, sympathy and reverence for life.

Without those attributes, you're just a biped. So, no, dems are not human. RNA-modifying injections are only going to move them further away from being a creature made in God's Image.They will become total abominations, in fact.
