Remember when you paid lots of money to fly and they let everyone come to the terminal and have fun and they kissed your butt and fluffed your pillow?
Now we pay to be treated like criminals from the moment we arrive and instead of beautiful well dressed men and women catering to us we get naggy cretins and controlling us. What a deal. I feel so safe now.
