At first, I was mad that he said July 1 also. And I also came to the realization that since DeSantis is obviously part of the Plan, he is letting the blue counties keep their onerous rules for a reason.

Look up DeSantis bio. Navy cannot divulge what DeSantis did! Wanna bet SEAL or intel?
