When in the middle of a disinformation war, where the truth is unknowable, "debunked" has no meaning. I believe the word you are looking for is "unverified".

Regardless of that complaint, I do not know the status of this particular suit.

The company’s filings are legit, meaning it exists. The case summery says “dismissed - want of prosecution”. So I guess it never got legs?! Not sure what that means when it comes to reopening something like this.
