I don't think that one is actually true. I mean, they look a LOT alike, but I have looked at them in detail and found discrepancies around the structure of the brow, facial distances and other minor details that make me think they are not the same person.

I would be more inclined to believe they are related. Maybe even clones (with an X <-> Y swap, yes such a thing is possible), though there is no way that I know of to accelerate growth, so it would have had to have happened at least a couple decades ago, which is unlikely imo. The most likely scenario is that they are related, maybe even siblings.
