I actually approve of what the CEO said. Leave your politics at home when you go to the office. All through last year I had to sit quiet while the rest of my TDS colleagues moaned and bitched about Orange Man Bad and some lives mattering. I could have completely done without that.

While we're at it, same goes for sex, leave that at home as well. I am tired of LGBTQ+ webinars all the time at work. I don't care what my cow-orkers like to do with their genitals but just don't bring it to where I am.
