If you instead have decided to drop out of society to join an underground militia that will attempt to take back America by force, then not voting makes sense because you are busy being a revolutionary, but if you are just living normally and paying taxes then what strategic advantage does not voting have? As a strategy “not voting” only makes sense if it is immediately followed by “joined militia instead”.
