Wow...they are just begging to turn smart children into behavioral problems, aren't they? Hopefully, those smart kids will take their frustrations out on the administrators who deserve it for being so incredibly stupid.

I have never heard such an asinine suggestion.

Do they have even the slightest clue how disruptive a bored, smart, emotionally immature teenager can be?
