That's my point exactly. Crypto can't even be used in industrial applications as gold and silver can. I'm still going to buy some, but it's a gamble like everything else financial nowadays. And sometimes the ground from which the rocks are dug out of can be worth something.

Someone in a different thread mentioned ripple. - the whole watch the water thing. What's a good way to buy these crypto - robin hood? I've no idea where to even begin with this research.
