The idea is we launch immediately because the enemies first.launch will be to take out every missle sight we have before the next wave kills all the cities to prevent our launch. That only leaves airborne and submarine delivered nukes. It would do some damage but not like our entire arsenal.would. sort of a use it or lose it.
