Attached is a pic of a letter I received as well as the envelope. Isn't it bizarre the return address listed on the envelope is THE IRS OFC IN TEXAS VS. THE WHITE HOUSE or even the IRS HQ in DC??? What do you guys make of it??

Memory serving, the address has been Austin, TX for as long as I can remember. I'm a Texan.
