They say so many things that WE (understandably) say, yet they do not see the irony or reality.

Seriously, it's fucking dejecting. All I'm hearing is Republican efforts to suppress voting in swing states, concerted efforts to (successfully) spread lies about the election, no consequences for Jan. 6, and a supreme court stolen conservative for decades to come. Literally nothing I'm hearing gives me a good outlook for our future, what are we even supposed to do about all this bullshit? their side controls the government AND they feel dejected?!?

This is the fundamental idea behind why online disinformation has been so successful. Crafting high-production-value disinformation which fools most people is phenomenally hard; but crafting cheap disinformation which fools a small (but extremely dedicated, and for that reason irrational) group is extremely easy. really?!? Projection much???
