I watched so many different videos in the last few months. I have no idea where I saw the one saying they had cell phones in the room with the machines and there was an app involved that allowed the phones to act like routers into the machines. The plane flying over the audit area this week was supposedly capable of capturing cell phone signals so wondering if that's what they were looking for.
