You can run stored procedures that call other programming languages such as R and Python to name a few.
Microsoft SQL that I'm familiar with is a program used to extract data from data bases through queries. I used it briefly. I am more familiar with program known as TOAD. Get access to a database and anything you want to change or delete can be 'fixed'.
They both can find data, change data, delete data, and insert data.
Toad is aight. Used it quite a bit for both Oracle and SQL Server.
Yeah, I don't understand what he's saying either. Ron has a background in computing, I thought, so he should know more unless he's being vague on purpose.
