Once you get the airlocked silver platter argument down, you meet the end of level boss "I don't care/it doesn't bother/affect me"

Beat that boss and you will need a comprehensive and flawless plan for every variation of human, in all locations, to live in pain free bliss for the next century without using money or any interventions whatsoever... (You win that by flipping the script and saying "it's up to you, free human") There may be other levels.
