Unlawful. We let them set the precedent though when we let private business get involved in our medical care and decisions.

-TB infected and contagious- no restrictions -Full blown AIDS dripping from open sores-no restrictions

I could go look up the most infectious deadly diseases known to man and can guarantee you Walmart has never protected you or anyone else from customers that have those diseases.
