I have a career in pharmacy. We were all drinking it after the advise from a vietnam vet pharmacist that knows his shit and is a bit of a prepper. That was enough for me to be on board. No one got sick.

Also you get used to the flavor and makes it easier to drink less sugary drinks and crave the bitter.
