I'm guessing these guys DO CODE, so they'll be using something crazy, like a Linux Flavor, personally adjusted to their own personal specs, or maybe FreeOS/BSD, or maybe even Unix.......
It ALL gets very exciting, once you consider the possibilities........
The strongest passwords are stupid long. Like let's say they used:
"WeWillStealThe2020ElectionForBiden!!"
Easy to remember but damn near impossible to brute force as that password has 6.8e+130 combinations. You're not breaking that on mom's computer.
I use either long phases (my account), random 24 characters strings (system accounts), or password cards for shared accounts.
