He's in on the shenanigans and subsequent cover up. There's not much law enforcement info that would need to be considered if the auditors are just looking at ballot related material. Which, to me, means that this Sheriff and his most trusted people had a hand in the bullshit, those records prove it, [they] know it (and now our suspicions are confirmed), and are scared shitless now, because of it.
