151 here when last tested and I get you 1000% on the mind never stopping. If it's not idea after idea then it's going over events and trying to make sense of the nonsensical. Sleep is an extremely welcome respite from the latter!
The mind loop thing is the worst, I do that especially if I'm anxious about a situation. I find having a busy job that I don't stress over really helps. Even after working a ten hour day I'm still up until two am but I am usually able to fall asleep.
