I like to think most of the MAGA crowd got the hint when POTUS said the vax would be available "to anyone who wants it". In war there are not always clean solutions.

If this is the case then he should at least be recommending the medicines over the vaccines. He should be honest and tell people they are in clinical trials. The media won't listen to him but we'll hear that loud and clear.
You are correct,. AI was not invented in 2015. It has been evolving since the 1950's.
The statement you are quoting is misleading. He should have said an AI system invented in .... instead of just saying AI invented.

Even though his quote is confusing if taken in the context of all he is telling us, it still describes why Trump said what he did to us. It makes sense to me. And after listening to a video by Dr. Carrie Madej I am well aware of her being invited to join in with the medical elites. She already explained in the conference she was invited to go to what their plans were for transhumanism. There are articles on this as well.
Re read the article It says Trump brought the shots out SOONER than the deep state had planned. The deep state were gonna keep us all locked down with wave after wave (made up) about COVID. Then they would release the shots as approved... not as experimental. Then the shots would have been accepted by more people if they were FDA approved. In addition, they would have already had their vaccine travel passports ready and required at that point. In the meantime our economy would have been demolished. And states wouldn't be opening up as they are now.
Yup, woulda been locked down for YEARS (3-5) awaiting FDA approval of the (originally-planned) toxic jab that would have been REQUIRED.
Endless lockdowns and toxic jab would have killed economy and would likely have killed many more.
