Well with them pushing it back tot he states, they no longer gave federal authorities the right to intervene in the audit
Maybe the states will take longer. More powerful in the long run. SCOTUS is only 9.
The most likely way for SCOTUS to hear an election case is when a military tribunal takes the case and broadcasts in on EBS.
Don't forget that this is bigger than just the US, so international courts could be the solution once the Supreme Court is declared as compromised...just a theory.
International anything can stay the fuck away from our internal affairs. Get them involved and next thing you know there are "UN Peacekeepers" roaming our streets and all will have Chinese faces.
